Henkel's Quality team is responsible for the implementation and management of processes to measure and assure the integrity of the Henkel product. With brands recognized and trusted all over by numerous households and industries, we ensure that we provide the best-in-class standards to meet and exceed the expectations of our consumers and clients in order uphold the Henkel legacy.

What we offer

  • Drive corrective & preventive actions plan globally, working with the relevant functions to close gap vs the Key Account (KA) quality requirements
  • Develop Henkel Quality capabilities and competencies to meet customer KA expectations
    Establish and manage a quality reporting/tracking system which creates visibility of all success critical KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Develop & maintain key contacts with customer to establish collaborative relationships for
  • Quality relevant topics (in advance of any urgent issue.)
  • Close work with Business Global Key account

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ quality management experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ operation/product development experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ customer facing role experience
  • Experience in ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949
  • Working in multinational company company
