What we offer

  • Full responsibility for the Honda Global Account
  • Lead, coach, manage and motivate Global Key Account team to meet high performance targets
  • Develop business strategies for short term & long term objectives to drive the global automotive business strategy
  • Identify market trends and customer’s developments to address competitors’ activities and strategies
  • Increase joint development projects globally

Who we are looking for

  • More than 5 (five) years management experience, preferably with previous P/L responsibility
  • Experience internationally as a Key Account Manager, or as a Senior Account Manager working for a Japan OEM, or in a similar capacity as an employee of an automotive supplier
  • Possess a good technical background. Experience in the adhesives, coatings, chemical industry would be ideal, but someone experienced in the plastics, materials, component supplier is also a viable candidate
  • Good team player, who has experience working in a cross cultural environment. This would include working in a multi-functional setting and excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • A technical degree (Chemistry or Engineering) is a plus
