The Corporate Communications team serves to establish and strengthen Henkel's corporate brand and corporate image, and supports the businesses through strategic and professional media relations. They manage all external and internal communications on corporate topics.

What we offer

  • External communication: To manage all external communication channels, incl. corp. website, social media, publications
  • Provide consultation to PR and media activities for products/brands, in close cooperation with the Marketing Department.
  • Media relations: Establish and cultivate sustainable relations with journalists and stakeholders.
  • Plan and organize interview, film and photo shoots, events with journalists and key opinion leader and decision makers.
  • Change management: Through internal communication support change management process and programs coordinating closely with local President and Executive committee members.
  • Counsel and support business leadership team in its key communication tasks (strategy, message, timing, etc.) to ensure engaging communication flow to next levels of leadership and all employees in the country.

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' working experience in corporate communications role
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Corporate communication's strategy planning and implementation experience
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation is preferred
