YOUR ROLE

  • Achieve marketing target, managing the budget
  • Establish go-to-market strategy (especially, in-store execution) in alignment with brand managers and sales team
  • Develop in-store materials/promotion, along with the launch plan
  • Optimize the cost for in-store execution
  • Manage the forecast together with sales planning team
  • Close collaboration with stake holders such as Marketing, Supply Chain, controller, etc to maximize the performance

YOUR SKILLS

  • More than 5 years of successful marketing or sales career track record in FMCG mass consumer industry (Cosmetics especially for hair color /care and e-commerce experience are preferable)
  • Strategic thinking and go-to-market excellence
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Stakeholder management internally and externally
  • Manage complexity to find a solution
  • 3Cs competencies: Challenger (can take risk for the big opportunity and try new initiatives), Creativity (open to new idea, think out of box), Collaboration (work as one team), and Start up (entrepreneurship, think big, develop vision/strategy, take initiative with autonomy, influence people to deliver the result)
  • Strong passion to beauty and Henkel brands
