Lead & be accountable for sustainable growth of PERM/STYLING/MEN category
Develop NEW cross-category BRAND for Global Professional
Multiple categories: Hair care, Perm, Styling, Men
Mainly New brand (Hair care), Perm and Men
New cross-category brand launch in 2022-23 for portfolio extension
Global Category Strategy/Planning/Performance tracking
Innovative NPD / Marketing Project management & execution
Collaboration/Communication with stakeholders, country teams
Develop talents & motivate all group members

YOUR SKILLS

Specific required years is depending on the background and experience
Global category strategy development & annual action plan
NPD, 360 marketing, on/offline communication
Region/Country collaboration & steering
KPI tracking, budget management
