- Lead logistic team to manage all related logistics operations at 2 distribution centers where are in Japan. (Import/Export/Inbound/Outbound/VAS process/Domestic delivery/Annual stock count/Internal Audit/Vendor management and so on)
- Monitor and manage KPI and Logistics cost by month
- Also, lead several logistics projects to co-work with Asia regional and global team
