About this Position
This position focuses on system and operation support for our Consumer Brands business.
What you´ll do
- Daily system transaction monitoring and adhoc trouble shooting of business system
- Leading system implementation and functional testing
- Cost management of customer service activities (Purchase order creation and billing)
- Process improvement of business process and align with business system
- Backup support of logistics or customer service of daily operation
- Supplier management of third-party logistics and system vendor
- Work with cross functional teams when requested
- Maintain manual and procedure
- Regular reporting
Key Stakeholders
- Regional or local IT team
- Third party logistics supplier
- Business system supplier
What makes you a good fit
- Basic understanding of SAP
- Business system implementation and user testing, support
- Trouble shooting of business system with supplier
- More than 5 years’ experience of logistics
- Proficient with Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Power point, teams and share point)
- Written and oral communication of English and Japanese
- Ideal characteristics: team player and self starter

- Business system maintenance and administration
- Customer service experience
- Import, export management or understanding
- Business process analysis and process improvement
