What you´ll do
- Steer the reporting consolidation for the project countries; consolidate all reporting needs and ensure alignment with global reporting standards
- Provide guidance on custom report requests, support CR request information, and identify reports requiring Dayforce (DF) involvement
- Design, configure and maintain reports: create new country-specific reports, update/configure existing ones, and support BAU custom reporting needs
- Track custom report progress and ensure completion and sign-off/tested before go-live
- Manage Dayforce report library; perform troubleshooting and coordinate/escalate technical issues requiring next-level support
- Build automated data processing workflows (data manipulation, wrangling, cleansing) to ensure data integrity in payroll system; develop Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and interactive visualizations
- Deliver T&A and Payroll analytics reports, including charts and documentation of algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships to support data-driven decision-making
What makes you a good fit
- Education in Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience/or knowledge of Payroll, HR reporting or any related field
- Proficient level of English language (verbal and written form B2-C1)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must and experience with SAP or Dayforce is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of HR and payroll data structures, templates, and payroll processing
- Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning new systems and processes

Minimum salary: 1680 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
