YOUR ROLE

  • Manage customer orders (including update new orders information/check order information with customer/check in stock status with planner for the no stock orders/release weekly order report to customer), keep a good relationship with customer;
  • Arrange weekly delivery;
  • Coordinate with other department to meet customer’s urgent request and complaint;
  • In charge of Key-customer;
  • Support supervisor to do data analysis and related report;
