YOUR ROLE

  • Provide excellent and satisfied service to internal and external customers.
  • Assist supervisor to implement team SOP, internal policy, and multi processes.
  • Fulfill orders on time in full.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Manage sales orders, including requirements identification, confirmation, and follow-up.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and properly, and provide product consultation.
  • Assist sales/customer supervisors to provide required information and reports.
