具体的な仕事内容 ：
電子部品等に使用される接着剤の製品開発ケミスト
製品開発に関わる、基本処方検討から量産化まで全工程にわたる活動の推進。
実験計画、サンプル作成、サンプル評価、データ解析、レポート作成、打ち合わせ参加。
日本の営業・技術サービス・開発チームで構成されるプロジェクトチームや海外のヘンケル開発グループと協同して、開発及び承認活動を実施。
製品開発、評価、承認への活動を実施(接着剤の配合および評価、装置メーカーでの試作評価を提案・実施)。
顧客対応（技術打ち合わせ対応、レポート作成、導入へのリード）
量産化支援
国内外工場における量産化プロセスをサポート。開発をリードし承認、ライン立ち上げを実現。
海外組織と共同で顧客での製品立ち上げのサポート
