About this position
About this Position
- Focus on RPP/LBD related workshop production process and product quality maintenance and improvement.
- Make sure production process meets Henkel SHE standard, and quality satisfies with customer requirements.
- Obey to supervisor assignment.
- Operators training and assessment.
What you´ll do
- Participate in all workshops SHE activity, improve the process to reduce the production line SHE risks.
- Conduct the daily work order, maintain and establish the work instruction.
- Process improvement and summary such as cycle time reduction, quality stable, productivity etc. and make product related complaint investigation.
- Provide timely support to solve workshop problems and track for production line.
- Improve the process to reduce material waste; Communication with operator by daily meeting and training.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree above.
- Chemical related major.
- 3-5 years working year.
- Better English communication
- Computer skills
