About this position
What you´ll do
- Based on the problem-solving approach to handle site process quality management and initiate activities for continuous improvement.
- Leading problem solving in customer complaint and product quality issue.
- Act as NPI/MOC Quality Representative, to make sure of the project quality; hold post launch review based on criteria.
- To implement product/process audit to enhance the product quality and do continuous improvement.
- IATF6949 & ISO9001 Quality management system maintenance and contribution.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering or related.
- Fluent English in oral, reading and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and adaptability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to anticipate and address potential issues.
- Team-oriented spirit, with the ability to collaborate smoothly with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- IATF16949 or ISO9001 internal auditor certificate holder preferred.
