What you´ll do
- Make an impact from day one: your initial tasks are designed to leverage your curiosity and fresh perspective – you will observe, question, and document processes to create immediate value for the team
- Support the further development of software User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes by adding structure and aligning them more closely with real business scenarios
- Build and maintain the knowledge infrastructure for product discovery, including interview synthesis, enhancement request documentation, and opportunity mapping to ensure insights are captured and accessible across the team
- Grow into a product practitioner under the guidance of experienced Product Managers, with the opportunity to gradually take ownership of user interviews with stakeholders across multiple SBUs
- Work at the intersection of product management, business operations, and data, gaining insights into how strategic decisions are made within a complex, multinational organization
What makes you a good fit
- Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, STEM, or a related business field – a hybrid profile combining analytical and business thinking is strongly preferred
- Strong curiosity about user behavior and digital products, with a genuine interest in understanding why products succeed or fail
- Previous internship experience in a structured corporate or consulting environment is advantageous
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage in an international environment
- Basic understanding of software development concepts (e.g., data models, system logic, technical constraints); coding skills are not required
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment with a certain level of ambiguity, and motivated to actively shape processes rather than only execute them
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex topics, synthesize insights, and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders across business units from an early stage
- Availability for a full-term internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, ideally starting July 2026 for a duration of up to six months
