What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or a related business function.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of contract management, cost management, risk management, and supplier relationship management principles.
- Digital mindset with proficiency in data analysis, procurement technologies, and automation tools; knowledge of SQL and Python is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
