About this Position
Quality Boost Graduate Development Program, for a duration of 18 months, where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality standards and maintaining Quality and process performance.What you´ll do
- Monitor and audit day-to-day shop-floor activities against approved quality standards, specifications, and SOPs, identifying and closing gaps between documented standards and on-ground execution.
- Track, control, and document all formula and process changes, maintaining ZP (formula/process specification) documentation and full change-history records.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve day-to-day quality problems and non-conformances on the shop floor, driving root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain and continuously update quality standards, specifications, and control plans in line with current regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Conduct regular gemba walks/on-site inspections to compare actual operating practice against documented standards and report deviations.
- Support internal and external quality audits, ensuring formula records, ZP files, and batch documentation are accurate, current, and audit-ready.
What makes you a good fit
- Recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, or any relevant studies such as Chemical Engineering and Quality Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office and research-based analysis
