Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (d/f/m)

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, strategy, or controlling, ideally in an international environment
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (i.e. IFRS )
• Leadership abilities, project management skills, and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership
• Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach as well as strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
