SHE Regional Manager (multiple locations)

What makes you a good fit

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) + local language proficiency based on location (Spanish or Polish or Romanian), additional language is a plus.
• Multiple locations available: Spain (Barcelona/Montornes), Poland (Staporkow), Romania
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of SHE and operational experience, experience as a SHE manager at site level and preferably in multi-site or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of SHE regulations, ISO standards, and management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across diverse teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify risks and implement solutions.
• Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Demonstrated ability to promote a strong SHE culture and drive behavioral change.
