About this position
What you´ll do
- Sets direction and vision for the Cell based on the Site CBN and the Operations strategy.
- Lead and coach the Cell team, provide support and resolve conflicts when necessary to make sure the team can perform their tasks.
- Accountable for the development of the Cell Team according to the respective Skill Matrices.
- Acts as a role model for Safety, Quality, lives and embraces Henkel's values.
- Be part (hands-on) of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses.
- Coach the team in daily DMS execution (SIM, AM, PM, PS, …) and act on deviations.
- Support and manage the development and continuous improvement of standard work for all areas of the cell.
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager, VSU Leader, HPS Manager and HPS Engineer to analyze current performance and establish work activities to address losses.
- Have 1:1 with all your direct report on regular basis.
- Owns the Cell Master plan.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent English communication skill.
- Good communication skills and a good team player.
- At least 8 years work experiences, 5 years production/maintenance experience, better in FMCG industry.
- Strong process knowledge of the HPS Pillars: AM, PM and FI.
- Spending 70% of the time coaching on the floor.
