About this Position

  • Surface preparation & specialty coatings for Steel & Aluminum parts.
  • Strong Brand - Bonderite TM.
  • Strong market positions in Surface preparation of steel Aluminum parts.
  • Focus on differentiated technologies such as Rolling Oil, Cleaner, Passivation and TOC(functional coating).

What you´ll do

  • Executing strategy – working closely alongside senior leadership and to support executing strategy for Greater China in order to grow the business and support business excellence.
  • Driving sales – developing and implementing regional commercial strategy with sales and marketing.
  • responsibility – focus on customer relations & distributor management, ACE pipeline in line with KSI’s and strong operations.
  • Driving culture – creating and shaping an innovative, collaborative, and inspiring working culture.
  • Coaching & developing people – create a highly motivated, professional and skilled team.
  • Building a strong & motivated Sales team in the sub-region.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or business. Master’s in Business Administration preferable.
  • Fluent verbal & written communication in English and Mandarin.
  • Solid sales management background in Metal Coil industry (>10 years experiences).
  • Good at handling some challenge topics: Pricing, Value Selling, KA Management, etc.. 
  • Understand how to manage and drive a sizable sales team. Strong leadership skills: drives, convinces and develops individuals and teams.
  • Strategic thinking, proactive, and good communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, commercial and strategic skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on leader.
  • Mobile – able to relocate in the future for career development opportunities.
