About this position

What you´ll do

  • Responsible for accelerating capability development across Sales Teams, Distributors.
  • Design and lead a comprehensive commercial training portfolio, ensuring a 360° learning approach (Strategy, Methodology, Execution) that strengthens field excellence and supports best‑in‑class deployment of commercial initiatives across all channels.
  • Build and manage a regional network of Country Ambassadors to ensure continuity, scalability, and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel Sales Training Portfolio tailored to Direct Sales, Distributors, Key Accounts, Salon Consultants, and Education Partners.
  • Translate brand, category, and commercial strategies into clear execution guidelines, training materials, and annual training plans aligned to business priorities.

What makes you a good fit

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Training, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, or similar commercial capability roles.
  • Experience in Beauty, Professional Hair, FMCG, Retail, or consumer channels preferred.
  • Proven track record in designing training programs and capability development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of commercial fundamentals and field execution dynamics.
  • Strong multi-channel commercial knowledge (salon, retail, distributors, key accounts).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify and translate complex strategies into actionable training tools.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging, modern learning experiences.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
